THE BEST AGENTS LISTEN FIRST
& ADVISE SECOND
Support doesn’t mean speed. It means presence.
Nurturing in Practice - Buyer’s Advocacy with Heart
The role of a buyer’s agent is to support people through the buying process.
This isn’t simply finding the right property - it means understanding a client’s
lifestyle, helping them prioritise their needs, explaining unfamiliar steps and
walking with them from start to finish.
It’s about showing up with empathy, integrity and patience - even when the
search takes longer than expected or when the market throws a challenge.
Nurturing in this space means celebrating the wins but also offering encouragement during the
wobbly moments, because buying property is rarely just about logic – it’s mostly a deeply
personal process filled with the lifey-life stuff, topped with hope, anticipation and more often
than not, nervous emotion.
Vendor Advocacy - Guiding With Care
For many sellers, the property process can feel just as daunting. Whether it’s a family home,
investment property or part of a significant life change letting go of a property, it’s rarely a
simple decision.
Through vendor advocacy I help people navigate the process with clarity and confidence - but
more than that I genuinely nurture them throughout the experience; helping them feel seen in
their concerns, supported in their decision-making and empowered throughout the journey.
Sometimes it’s about finding the right selling agent, other times it’s just being there to answer
the late-night questions and talk through the next step or steps.
The little things matter – they make people feel cared for and not just managed.
