Life doesn’t always follow the path we
imagined — but sometimes, it leads us
somewhere even more meaningful.
For Mandi Krpez, her journey began with a
deep desire to help others. She first chased
that calling in paramedicine, drawn to the
idea of being there for people in their hardest
moments. But when chronic knee issues
changed her plans, Mandi didn’t walk away
from helping — she simply found a new way
to do it.
Today, she’s the heart behind KPZ Finance, a
family-focused mortgage brokerage in
Baldivis, WA. Her work isn’t about numbers or
sales targets. It’s about people. Real people,
with real lives and real stories — just like hers.
