Limiting Beliefs
AFFIRMATIONS
I am no longer available for
beliefs that keep me small, stuck,
or silent.
Just because something hasn’t
happened yet doesn’t mean it
won’t. My timing is sacred.
I am not responsible for carrying
beliefs that were handed to me in
fear, lack, or trauma.
I give myself grace as I unlearn
survival patterns and rebuild in
alignment.
I no longer confuse comfort
with alignment. I am safe to
expand into the unknown.
I am more than my past, my
upbringing, or the fears I once
believed were facts.
I do not need to prove my worth
through productivity or peoplepleasing.
When old beliefs arise, I meet
them with compassion and
curiosity, not shame.
Every time I take one brave
step, I weaken the grip of
limiting beliefs.
I am allowed to grow beyond the
roles I once played and the
beliefs I once held.
