Meet Giuliana Ferretti, a finalist in the Leap of
Faith Award and the Amplifier of Good Award at

In 2017, Giuliana left a secure 12-year career in
education to create a better future for her
daughter Gabriella, who lives with complex
disabilities. From that leap came Genovation, a
not-for-profit delivering meaningful programs
that empower young adults with high support
needs to learn, connect, and thrive. Through her
leadership, families find hope, carers find
purpose, and communities embrace inclusion.
