We are honoured to introduce Sandy Johnston, a
finalist in the Leap of Faith Award, Wellness with
Heart Award, and Real & Relatable Voice Award at
the Celebrate Women Awards 2025.
Sandy’s story is one of profound courage. After
surviving years in an abusive relationship, she took
a terrifying leap—fleeing with her children to rebuild
life from the ground up. That leap didn’t just bring
freedom; it sparked her mission to empower other
women through her coaching practice The Key to Be
Free and her podcast Tiaras, Tears & Triumphs.
Through raw storytelling, deep compassion, and a
fierce commitment to wellness, Sandy inspires
survivors to reclaim sovereignty over their lives,
bodies, and voices. She is living proof that from the
darkest chapters, powerful new beginnings can rise.
