Bernii began her career in schools, guiding young
people through behaviour education before
founding Godwin Consulting, where she now
supports students, parents, and professionals to
reflect, grow, and lead with clarity. Her
philosophy blends connection, responsibility,
and restoration—helping others set boundaries,
heal relationships, and step into leadership with
confidence.
